On the booking calendar, select one-way or round-trip, choose date, and time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your appointment is officially booked.
Receive real-time updates when your driver is en route with your exact arrival time.
Your driver ensures a safe door-to-door transfer and helps you settle comfortably.
If you booked a round-trip, the doctor’s office will notify your driver 15 minutes before your pickup time. You’ll receive a text with your return ETA, and your driver will arrive to assist you back into the van.
